Founded in 2002, Tectra is now the leading temporary employment and recruitment company in Morocco.
A Legally Compliant Company
Tectra adheres to the legislation and is in compliance with the law. The company holds an operating license issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment in Morocco, in accordance with Article 482 of Dahir N° 100-194 Rajab 1424 of the Labor Code. Additionally, a deposit has been made with the CDG, as required by the Labor Code.
A Certified Service Provider
The quality approach established by Tectra meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 V 2008. Our company was certified on December 14, 2008, by Bureau Veritas, and the scope of certification was expanded to include all agencies in January 2011.

Tectra organizes training and awareness sessions on workplace safety for its temporary employees.
Socially Committed
Tectra supports numerous associations in their social initiatives. Our company sponsors associations such as SOS Children's Villages Morocco and Oasis Tizi for the education of children. Tectra also supports the Food Bank, the ST Micro Foundation, and the Casablanca City Partners Association.

- 2002: Creation of TECTRA Morocco, member of the Moroccan Union of Temporary Work (UMETT).
- 2006: Opening of 6 new Tectra agencies: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, El Jadida, and Tangier with 8,000 temporary employees.
- 2008: ISO 9001:2008 certification.
- 2008: Opening of two new agencies: Fes and Tetouan.
- 2008: Operating authorization issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment and deposit of the guarantee with the CDG: Tectra is the first company to comply with the legislation.
- 2009: Implementation of an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) training program for temporary employees in partnership with Tectra's clients.
- 2009: Opening of two new Tectra agencies: CASABLANCA Bourgogne and Oujda.
- 2010: Opening of three new agencies: Mohammedia, Berrechid, Casablanca Tertiaire, and Sidi Bibi.
- 2011: Opening of a new Tectra agency: CASABLANCA Ain Sebaa.
- 2012: Opening of 3 new Tectra agencies: Kenitra, Sidi Bouzid, and Safi.
- 2013: Opening of 3 new Tectra agencies: Meknes, Casablanca BTP agency, and Tangier Free Zone (TFZ).
- 2014: 24 agencies, over 23,000 temporary employees, 450 partner companies.
- 2015: Opening of a new agency specialized in hospitality and tourism in Marrakech.
- 2015: Opening of a new agency in Sidi Maarouf-Casablanca.
- 2015: Opening of a new agency in Laâyoune.
- 2016: 26 agencies, over 30,000 temporary employees, 650 partner companies.
- 2017: Opening of a new Tectra agency in Tangier Free Zone (TFZ).
- 2018: International development of TECTRA, opening a subsidiary in Ivory Coast.
- 2019: ISO 9001:2018 certification.
- 2020: Opening of a Tectra agency in Senegal.
- 2021: Opening of two new Tectra Construction agencies in Agadir and a subsidiary in Cameroon.
- 2022: Opening of two new agencies in Morocco: Benguerir and Had Soualem, and a subsidiary in Benin.
- 2022: Renewal of ISO 9001:2015 certification.
- 2022: Tectra was ranked 56th among the 500 largest companies in Morocco, according to Kompass and Economie Entreprises.
- 2022: Increase Tectra's capital to 200,000,000 MAD.
- 2023: 30 agencies, over 45,000 employees, 1,500 clients, and 200,000 candidates.
